He won the prize money of AUD$117,950 for his efforts. The event #6 at the Crown Melbourne saw a total of 516 players taking part in the event and the prize pool was $528,900. Boivin has had a very good start to 2017 and also to the 2017 Aussie Millions tournament. He finished in the 8th position in the AUD$1, 150 Shot Clock event and had pocketed AUD$5, 995.
Thomas Boivin had to face some stiff challenge at the final table before he could win the event #6. This makes this win even more special for Boivin. He was really happy with this victory and looks forward to more interesting things in the future events on the poker table. The Belgian will be moving north of $600,000 in the career winnings and looks to achieve more for the positive start that he has had at the 2017 Aussie Millions.

The German player Manig Loeser finished 5th at event 6 of the Aussie Millions and he has over $1.7 million in earnings. The 4th position of the AUD$1,150 six-max event for AUD$117,950 was grabbed by local boy Francesco Sergi. He won a total earning of $34,225 for his efforts at the final table. Taiwan’s all-time tournament earner Kitty Kuo and she earned the 3rd position in this event and took home $47,385. The 2nd place went to Australian Joel Feldman, who won $78,440. All the earnings that Joel has achieved so far in his career are from his native Melbourne.
